These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rosnil platform and its products (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.

The Services

Rosnil provides distribution-, governance-, and intelligence-related software delivered through one shared kernel and multiple products. We may add, change, or discontinue features to improve or secure the Services.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that pose a security or compliance risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights using the Services.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access, or probe, scan, or breach security or authentication measures.
• Disrupt or overload the Services, or circumvent rate limits.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Services except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Your content

You retain your rights in the data and content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services for you. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis to provide that content.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Rosnil and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services; no other rights are granted.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Outputs — including AI-assisted outputs — may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. See our AI Use Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosnil will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; certain provisions survive by their nature.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
