AI Use Policy

Several Rosnil products use artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate insights, summaries, recommendations, and drafts. This policy explains how we use AI responsibly and what you can expect. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How we use AI

  • To analyze data you provide or connect, and to produce summaries, scores, diagnoses, and suggested next actions.
  • To help you draft and review content. AI output is a starting point, not a final decision.

Human oversight

AI assists people; it does not replace your judgment. Decisions with legal, financial, or safety consequences should be reviewed by a qualified human before you act. Where a product can take automated actions, those run only under controls you configure and can disable.

Your data and model training

We do not use your private content to train third-party foundation models, and we do not sell it. Data you provide is used to deliver the Services to you. Where we use third-party AI providers, we send only what is needed to perform the requested task, under contractual confidentiality terms.

Accuracy and limitations

AI systems can be wrong, incomplete, or biased, and can “hallucinate” plausible-sounding but incorrect content. Do not treat AI output as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Verify important outputs against source data before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AI features to:

  • Generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Make solely automated decisions about individuals where prohibited by law.
  • Attempt to extract other tenants’ data or the underlying models.

Transparency

Where practical, AI-assisted outputs are identifiable as such within the Services. We aim to align our AI practices with recognized frameworks, including the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.

We may update this policy as our AI features evolve; the “Last updated” date above will change.
